FOUNDER, BOOKING AGENT
Hi, I’m Alex,
I have played gigs since the age of 12 and have toured interstate since turning 18.
I currently play in and manage Hobart based band The Tinderboxers and I understand first hand the challenges of getting out there and getting gigs, especially coming from Tasmania.
These are challenges faced by all Tassie artists and that’s why I’ve decided to take this role beyond doing it for The Tinderboxers.
My goal is to give artists access to professional development and industry representation without having to go to the mainland. I am passionate about growing a nurturing music scene in Tasmania to see our unique venues and incredible talent thrive on the island.
